LAS VEGAS – For the final weekend of the campaign, the Reid campaign today released new TV ad highlighting Sharron Angle running from Nevada voters and media to hide her extreme and dangerous agenda, as well as the dishonest smear campaign she has waged in her television ads – using thoroughly-debunked claims, despite knowing they’re false. Angle’s penchant for twisting the truth and just flat-out lying has been so well-documented and so consistent she’s been called “pathological” in the media.
Angle strategy to avoid Nevada voters and the media has become so preposterous that she’s resorted to tactics like using a decoy to trick waiting reporters while scrambling out a side door, and she brazenly declared this week she wouldn’t talk to media until after the election is over.
Angle’s preposterous campaign strategy is all the more despicable, given that she is hiding behind television ads that have been called misleading and false, and continuing to air them despite being confronted with the truth. Combined with her strategy of repeatedly looking direct-to-camera and lying about her extreme and dangerous agenda, Angle is simply pathological.
