Former Clark County GOP Chairman Statement Condemning Sharon Angle’s Radical and Extreme Agenda
LAS VEGAS – Today, former Chairman of the Clark County Republican Party Jim Uster released the following statement regarding Sharron Angle’s dangerous, radical and extreme agenda.
“After watching last night’s debate between Senator Harry Reid and Senate candidate Sharon Angle I am even more convinced that if Angle is elected the results of her election will be devastating to the economy and the citizens of the State of Nevada. Angles desire to strip Social Security, Medicare, The Department of Education, The Department of Energy and the Veterans Administration from the government is completely counterproductive to the economic recovery of the state and the nation. We need to be creating jobs not eliminating them by closing down government departments. But then why should she care since she is living on her husband’s government pension.”
“Angle continues to say she wants the government out of our lives yet she insists that if a woman is raped and impregnated during the rape should be forced by the government to have the baby. She refers to this as making a lemon situation into lemonade. Her statement is so matter of fact, cold and callas and further proves she could care less about the citizens of Nevada. It clearly shows Angle is only interested in her own agenda. As Nevada voters continue to learn about Sharron Angle’s dangerous, radical and extreme views, they will see that Senator Reid is the best candidate in the field and will vote for Senator Harry Reid.”
